🌟 Tomorrow, we are thrilled to celebrate our students' positive behavior with a school-wide Winter Carnival! 🎉 This event will feature six engaging stations, promoting teamwork and outdoor play. It’s a wonderful opportunity to foster community spirit and recognize the hard work of our students. ⛄️❤️

We are halfway through Kindness Week at school! 🎉 Students are working hard to fill their buckets with kindness! Each day, teachers are pulling two kind acts for students to carry out, earning stickers along the way. 🌈

On Day 3 of Kindness Week, we reflect on Maya Angelou's wisdom: 'People will remember how you made them feel.' 💖 Let's choose kindness today and every day! How will you spread kindness?

Day 2 of kindness week, brings us a quote Kevin Heath. Acts of kindness come in all shapes and sizes.

Day one of kindness week brings us a quote from Robert Louis Stevenson. What kindness seeds will you plant?

🌨️🌋 Snow Volcano Experiment! Last week, we brought science to life during Forest Friday! Mixing baking soda, dish soap, and vinegar created a beautiful bubbling effect, just like lava! 🌈✨ Learning has never been this fun!

Phippsburg Elementary School is looking for this fall's kindergartners. Please see flyer for details.

For Feb 10-14, 2025:
🌟 It's Kindness Week! 🌟 Our amazing 5th grade leadership team is leading a week-long campaign to inspire kind acts throughout our school. Each day, classroom teachers will select two “kind acts of the day” to complete. As students perform these acts, they'll add smiley face stickers to their hallway bucket. Let's fill those buckets with kindness! 🥳💖 What kind act have you seen or done today?

Mrs. Tardif shared photos and wrote, "Ms. Anna, Miss Faye and Miss Nicole made special treasure hunt bowls for each of the Kindergarten students. We were able to shake and sift to find gems, rocks, shells, and more! "

Have you ever paused to think about what you can truly control in your daily life? 🤔 Self-awareness and self-management are crucial skills that empower us to focus on our actions and reactions. By understanding ourselves, we can manage our emotions and make better choices! 💪✨

Kindergarten and first grade student artists are learning how artists draw from observations. Dinosaurs are always a fun, and engaging subject.
